The Somerset, PA Office Information:
PA - IBTS is a division of the Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting residential and commercial building safety and building code compliance across most regions in Pennsylvania.
PA - IBTS was formed to serve the specific needs of the communities in southwest Pennsylvania, providing services on demand which would normally be provided by government offices. The Somerset Office has been recognized as Approved Technical Trainers and has a staff of expert Plan Reviewers and Inspectors that provide Building Insepction, Plan Reviews, Fire Inspections and Rental support to the community.
